MotionMenuGenerator crashes

And the saga continues in my attempts to use this product. I am now attempting to create a DVD and within a minute of starting the burn MotionMenuGenerator.exe crashes. Attached is the failure information.

I have reinstalled the software numerous times, that has not helped.

Has anyone seen this one and have any suggestions?

Many of us when burning DVD burn to a folder first then use a different program to burn to DVD. It seems to go more smoothly when you do one thing at a time. Producing and burning at the same time can cause prolems.
