Hi Dafydd,
thanks for the encouragement but I am at a loss on how to accomplish it. LOL
I have two gone into Director.Create Disc module and set my background image then gone to Chapters/Titles area and brought in the Left shape and mask (that diisplays chapter one). It works, but when I try to bring in the center ( or Right) shape it replaces the first shape. I must be missing step somewhere and can't figure what?

When you add the first shape, drag the shape to another area of the menu, then try adding a new (next) shape.

It is likely that the two shapes are piling on top of each other. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Hi Carl312,
I have tried that, I created menu with 3 chapter buttons, then when I go to Frame/Mask and select Button1 and add my shape all three change...even having them at different areas, I even tried adding to button at the top menu item but all three change.
I am using PoerDirector 8 Ultra 3022 version.
This is driving me crazy..maybe I will go back and design a new "disc Menu" from scratch LOL one that is sonsistant with PD8-U.
Jim
P.S. I don't know what the attchment limit is or I would attach a full version of my intention, but the background image is 1920X1080 px size.

I took your image and used it for a background, I created the following menu.

Two images attached.

I can upload the menu design to Director Zone, But it would be using your image. I am not going to do that without your permission.

Hi Carl312.
Thanks for your help greatly appreciated, as for using my image feel free as I usually post in DirectorZone when I get them working.
I just had a look at both your images, and although grateful that is not quite what I am after. The square images along the top containing The content is what I want displayed in the colored 'triangle thingys', with the left one showing chapter1, the centre showing chapter2 and the right showing chapter 3 clip. Can that be accomplished? It is waht I am trying for.
JimM
Again I thank you for your help..GREATLY appreciated!
Jim

After I created the menu, I did realize that you wanted the images to appear in the 'triangle thingys'.

I can put the square image in the triangle, but I don't know how to fit the thumbnails to the shape of your triangles.

I am not that good. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Hi Carl312,
Yes neither am I LOL.
I have created the Menu theme in a vector drawing program I have then export as a tif or JPG file and import to PD8 to use. But when I go to create disc>create menu option and try to icorporate the idea nothing coperates, when I set the menu to have 3 buttons the same 'button' is used for all, I want 3 distinct buttons that I have.
Thanks anyway for trying I appreciate that!!
JimM
P.S. if I do manage to accomplish it I will inform you and post the result here and a link to download it
