I just currently upgraded to powerdvd 10 ultra markii eversince i have i cant watch dvd's nor blu-ray's i get sound but the video is all scrambled I have applied the patch from the web site but still nothing i have also upgraded my video and 3d vision drivers to the new 260 version still having not results

I have windows7 x64
4gb ram
nvidia 9600gt and nvidia 3d vision pro kit
viewsonic 3d monitor

"Please note that in case you are using bundled version of PowerDVD software shipped with Blu Ray drive previously i.e PowerDVD 9.0 OEM then I would like to inform you that upgrade that you have purchased is not the valid one for upgrading PowerDVD 9.0 OEM to PowerDVD 10 Ultra and you may face the issue after installing the upgrade.

You should have purchased "Upgrade from 8/9 Standard/Other versions to PowerDVD 10 Ultra 3D" using the link below. I request you to purchase the correct upgrade and then install it over PowerDVD 9.0 OEM and then play the DVD/Blu-Ray.

ok so i downloaded the correct version and totally reinstalled everything and im still getting the scrambled video anyone else having same issue with win7 x64?
