Video Editting
[Post New]
I have created a video that is now finished. It has a separate start video and a separate closing video with fading effects that I've now timed and have set perfectly. I would like to remove the main video clip that's between the opening and closing, but I want the special effects to stay the same. Is there a way to change that video part without losing the settings that are in there now? Or, do I have to remake the whole thing?

The opening is a 5-10 seconds video segment that I created. It then fades into the actual video for a couple minutes, and then it fades out and goes into the final segment of the video. I would just like to change the main video without losing the timing and the effects that I created.

You might look at this tutorial, give you some ideas, maybe.

You can Cut the selection instead of copy, Cut would remove the selection.

This one may be of use also.
