I am making a video out of photos with PD8 Ultra. My system is a new pc from Cyberpower that has the following: Win 7 64 bit, Intel i5 CPU 650@3.2GHz 3.19GHz, RAM 4.0 GB. My problem I need help with is that occassionally (not every time, and only occurs after working on project for several hours) while editing by creating slideshows or dragging and dropping photos to the timeline I get an error message pop up and say there has been an error and Windows will have to close (NO ERROR CODES GIVEN, and I don't know where if it is logged someone to find it). However when I turn system off and back on I get 2 RUNDLL errors. 1) C:\Users\AJJMH\AppData\Local\KBDWs327.dll and 2) C:\Users\AJJMH\AppData\Local\orucaqaf.dll
I have tried to search the internet for info on these errors but come up with nothing. The only program I have noticed that is ever effected is PD8 - affected by it closing. Is there a chance that these 2 errors are part of the workings of PD8? Should I delete and reinstall the program or perform a fix to it (assuming that is possible)? Any thoughts on these errors? Unfortunately I have not been able to isolate the exact order I am doing things when it occurs as it generally occurs after I have been working with PD8 for hours.
I appologize now if I have posted in the wrong place. I have searched and could not find anything that came close to these two issues so I decided to just ask. I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Avona.
