Muxer can't keep muxing and does not burn DVD.

Recently I have updated to PD8. I have yet to burn a DVD with PD8!! Each time I try to burn a DVD there is always some error/message.

The latest one ends up at 99% (in the burning dialog box) with this message:
Burning unsuccessful.
Possible cause:
The pack queue is empty. That causes Muxer can't keep muxing.

I am able to create PDS file and subsequently MPEG movie file with PD8 which I burn into DVD by using Roxio.
But it is ridiculous to go through this process which is supposed to be done by PD8. I tried different DVD brands with the same "success".

Any suggestion on how to keep "Muxer" "muxing" it right and burn DVD?
