I tried to capture HD video from my camcorder connected to computer by USB cable, but PD8 did not recognize it at all. What needs to be set either on a camcorder or a PD8? Thanks.

Unless you are trying to capture live video straight from the camera into PD, which I don't even know if it is possible, why don't you just take the video with the camera then transfer it to your your hard drive? Then it is just a simple process of importing the video into PD.

Surprise. My camera is not on the list either, though it is available on the market for at least a year. I thought that Cyberlink keeps up with the market.
