In PD8, is there a feature 'Fit to Screen' for PiP tracks?

Short answer David? No.

Clips and images inserted in PiP tracks need to be sized manually to fit the screen.

I agree. It's a fundamental oversight in the feature set. Win8 64-bit Pro Retail
