Moving between items in a timeline

Is there a button press to move between itemsin a timeline? I was thinking that something like arrow right and left would be used for that but it doesn't appear to work. Have I missed something? Thank you

If you have a clip selected, Ctrl and left or right arrow should toggle to the previous or next clip.
