Just purchased, downloaded, and installed PowerDVD 22 Ultra but when I enter key to activate I get "Cyberlink PowerDVD was not activated because connection to the activation center could not be established. Check your Internet connection and try again..." My Internet connection is fine. I tried again and again and still unable to active. How do I fix this?

I did and tech support sent me a long geeky set of instructions which I tried with no luck. I mean come on, I paid the bucks, now just activate the sucker. I ain't no nerd and don't have to go through all those gyrations nor do I even understand them. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 30 days. And here they took my moola in 5 seconds. Good grief.
