In the last few days I have, wearing my positive hat, submitted a number of suggestions. I like to share the reactions I received from CL Customer Support on a number of Rate us & suggest:
Me: Please reinstate apply to all
CL: However, to select multiple clips or media on the timeline, please press CTRL while clicking on the media that you want to select > Do your editing and apply it > All effects will be applied to all selected ones.
My comment: When multiple clips are selected only a short list of features appears when the edit button is pressed. Most of the features for which it would be really helpful apply to all, are missing. Furthermore, when de advanced button is pressed, any editing in the “PIP-screen” are applied to one clip only

CL: With reference to your query, please click the Titles button and then on the Motion Graphics tag to view the available motion graphics titles. These titles contain animated graphics with your title text.
If you are on the Motion Graphics page already, there will be a "Save as" button at the bottom left.

Me: suggestion, make the speech to text a tool, so that the subtitles room will be reached in one click without the extra menu
CL: Explains in full how the speech to subtitle can be done. Very helpful but not to the point
Me: suggestion to make the import subtitles from file, part of the (manual) subtitles room, It is insertion by hand or by a file, thus no extra menu for subtitles required.

Me: I have “rated” saying that I like the speed in which the various rooms are filled. This has been terrible in the past, but (after initial scanning I think) the speed is fine for me now

Me: I have suggested that when selecting multiple clips, more functions should be made available, rather than to couple that are currently displayed

Comments: This was very helpful. There is a very small icon in the left top corner above the timeline that opens the audio mixer.

I have not counted the suggestions I have submitted, but 9 came back which is good. Without trying to mock the support system, I like to share that they are willing, but either have automated the answering machine wrongly, or the technical support person (they were all signed with the same name), has not fully understood what I have suggested and/or ... praised.
