Hello all,

I have purchased PowerDirectlor 20 Ultimate a while ago.
Am I entitled to upgrade to 21 (the Perpetual License) or do I need to purchade a new license? I am trying to avoid the 365 subscription since I already paid for a license.

Each version of PD is unique and there is no free upgrade when a new versions is released (except for the subscription version).

Cyberlink typically offers a reduced fee to upgrade from the previous couple of versions to the latest, as can be seen by clicking the Upgrade User > link on this page.

Note that new PD versions are usually released in September so you may want to wait another month and upgrade to PD22 since you'll still get the discount from PD20
