How to place images into scenes pages when creating menus

Hi there,

I am creating menu pages for my current project, and when I add the Chapter positions some of the thumbnails have non-images. Usually when I add chapters they are added on a fade out/fade in section of the timeline, which means the thumbnails have a black image. and when the chapter position is added on an actual image that image shows in the thumbnail.

I have taken snapshops of the chapters. How do I add the snapshots to the thumbnails.
