I bought a subscription to PowerDirector365 for MacOS a couple of months ago. I recently got a PC and am looking to change to editing videos on my new computer instead of my macbook. However, when I went to look at my account, it said that there were no active subscriptions. I bought my subscription through the apple store, is there a way to transfer it from my Mac to my PC?

PD365 12 month subscription bought in May 2023. Macbook Air to Windows 10 PC.

There are totally separate products and are paid through different channels (e.g. Apple Store and Cyberlink), so you would likely need to cancel the Mac subscription from the Apple Store and then subscribe to the Windows version via your CL account.
