Hi, I constantly get a message saying Powerdirector Needs more memory when editing videos. My videos are 4k 60fps. I am using a oneplus 10 pro. It has 12gb of ram and I enabled ram boost that adds 12gb of virtual ram so it shows 24gb. I have to keep closing and reopening and this even happens on playback or just adding a title. I have no other apps open. Is there a way to fix this? It's been occurring since version 12 came out and now the app is almost unusable.

I suggest you contact Cyberlink tech support and see if they can figure out what's going on. You can reach them in the app by going to Menu then FAQ & Send feedback or from the chat icon on the Tutorials & Tips screen. You can also reach them on the web here.

Hello,

Your phone's chipset is Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which it looks like doesn't fully support 4K 60 FPS editing according to this FAQ:

https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=19787

But you should ask support to confirm as Optodata suggest.

Cheers

Thank you for respionding. It does the same thing on 4k 60fps videos, it just takes a little longer to happen. I can edit 4k 60fps videos in other apps with no issue. It is only powerdirector and i did not have this issue prior to powerdirector 12.
