any difference between *sharpen* and *deblur* ??

PD365 newbie here ... I notice that under Edit > Guided > Improve/Remove there are deblur and denoise functions.
OTOH, under Adjustments > Global > Detail, we have sharpen and noise reduction. Are these the same functions
packaged and renamed in two different places or do they actually do something subtly different? If so, what? - thanks --
