(I am using the software in French, so what I'm conveying to you is translating by me, it may not be the exact same as the English version).
Hi, just finished my first video project using PD365, on Windows 11. My computer is a Lenovo portable microcomputer, AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics 2.38 GHz, and 8Go of RAM. The graphic card is the factory default AMD Radeon graphic. I tried exporting the video in the H.264AVC and I ran into a problem.

First, a pop-up indicates the following :
"Failure of exportation. Please make sure your graphic card pilot is up to date, and proceed to update Windows Media Player to its last update. You can also try exporting the video in a different video format."

Then, closing this window opens another one saying :
"Error of the media source [Error code 3] :
It is possible that one media file is not up to the standard of the formate file or that your system lacks components of decoding required for this file. Please try again using another formate of media file.
Type of error : Video cut
Type of material : Model
Informations on the error : Unknown
Detailled informations : ..\CES_Source\Src\CES\Engine\CES_MediaSlot_Template.CPP:694"

Here is what I can say :
-My graphic card pilot is up to date
-For Windows Media Player, I'm not sure, as there isn't an official version for Windows 11 it seems?
-Exporting with the other video formate doesn't work
Rendering the sketch of the video (the button under the video corner in the editing mode) was succesful and went to a 100%, but otherwise did nothing.

Thank you in advance for any hindsight, I'll respond to any questions ASAP.

Try again with the checkbox unchecked for Fast video rendering technology. If that doesn't work then also uncheck both of the checkboxes in Preference/Hardware acceleration and try again.

It was the latter causing the problem, it's all resolved now. Thank you very much!
