Text not showing up

I'm trying to make a video and for some reason my text won't show up on top of the footage (it works just fine by itself), I've tried disabling and renabling the layer all my text is on, and I've tried doing it on the text itself but that won't work, I have found nothing in terms of videos on how to fix this, it will only show when I select it HELP PLEASE the comparison

Select all you text boxes in track 1 and move them to track 3.
