According to the Cyberlink FAQ (https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=27751) the Shutterstock library cannot be accessed on or after 15 June. The advice is:

For the video/photo/audio projects that you've saved previously and added with Shutterstock media files, you can back up your editing and media via the project export or packing the project materials option in PowerDirector/AudioDirector/ColorDirector accordingly.

1) load all your (important) downloads onto the timeline
2) Pack projects materials (in the file menu) to a folder.

There is of course the possibility that there are similar (or better) clips in the remaining iStock library...
