Hello, If this has been answered, please feel free to direct me where to go. Otherwise, here goes:

I am not able to export/burn to disk, because it keeps saying it is not able to use MPEG-2 files. Unfortunately, it is the only file format option it gives me, so I'm not able to use that option! I can export the file just fine, but I wanted the menus with chapters, instead of just exporting a video.
I try to update PowerDirector 12, because it says I need to update it to read that file. I get the error message that it won't connect to the internet, so I disabled my anti-virus, as some people have said in the past. But, it still won't connect. Then, I go to the "update/upgrade" in Help, but nothing shows up in the little box that appears.
I go into the Cyberlink site to download and install the patch, but my computer says that I "don't have the correct Windows version" and it closes. I have Windows 10!!

I would like to know what is happening, or what to do!
