How to include the media library when sending .pds files

Hello

I'm an IT admin in two art colleges in Ghent, Belgium. In our 2nd grade, students learn video editing by experimenting in PowerDirector.

One of the assigments is that they need to redub a trailer in French for their French classes. Now, we notice that if you only send the .pds file to the teacher, the sound from the sound recorder isn't included. Is there a way so this can be included?

Basically, that the media library of that project is packed into the .pds file?

Or are there easy tricks/tips you can give us?

The teacher wants to also take a look at the editing so a render isn't always the best idea...
