under 30 days guarantee i want refund for pd 365 plan and as told by support, i had to visit 2checkout site but when i click order details it keeps on loading forever. what should i do? i need refund

I don't think there's any reason to panic. Contact CL customer service from this page, and choose Contact Us, then Account, Purchase & Subscription issue. Next click on Purchase/Payment and select "I wanto to refund or cancel my order" then provide the requested details.
