have just installed PowerDVD 365 and it will not play M4A music files. My older version played them Ok. hELP PLEASE

Hello,

PowerDVD should be able to play these files, but it depends on the codec used in them. PowerDVD supports M4A playback of files with the AAC and ALAC codecs.
This didn't change from the previous version as far as I know, so best to contact customer support:
