what xeon processors support new AI features

A Haswell 4th gen would be anything that starts with a 4, like i7-4xxxx, i5-4xxxx which are rather old 2013 technology, or newer higher numbers, like i7-5xxxx, i7-12xxx. For whatever CPU you are interested in, make sure it supports the AVX2 instruction set on like Intel’s spec page and you should be good.
