Disc Menu music

Hello!

I tried designing a DVD menu for the DVDs I produce, and it seems PD8 loads up sports background music as a default for the menus. Although I can remove that music manually, I was wondering if there is a way for ME to set the default music for my menus when I design them?

Thanks!

Hi JF -

Here's what I did. It may help you.

I designed a set of menu templates from scratch... by selecting "Create new" rather than "Modify". In many of the menu templates, music was included.

OK - let's say Template 7 contains the music you often want to use (default). Each time you go to Menu Preferences, just select Template 7. You can either use it as is or modify it to make a new template (which still contains your music).

Cheers - Tony

Hi Tony.

Thanks for the reply. Your post is precisely where my problem lies. I created a new template, but it loads up with the "Sports" music... I can't seem to be able to get rid of that Sports music if I create new or if I modify...

There must be something I am doing wrong...
