Installing/upgrading to PD365

Well, in a nutshell it was/is a disaster.

I uninstalled it with difficulty since the program could "disappear" from the desktop but windows uninstall would report that it is still running.
I'll stick with my copy of PD15 and get something else to do the GoPro editing

Now all I need to find out,. where do I get a refund?????

Looking foward to some advise! Thank you!!



PS I like the "Newbie" title, too. laughing laughing

That would be great if they would actually send a link to start the process.

Looks to me:
Sales are processed very promptly, Refunds we'll do at our leasure i.e email with link will arrive whenever. GRR Cheers
