Had Power Director in the past, would like to get sn updsted version. Just not interested in subscribing, but I don't see any other way.

Looks like there is no alternative "perpetual" Mac version available.

You don't say if your previous use was Mac or Windows so I would recommend checking the features of the Mac .v. Windows versions. The Mac version is still catching up with the current Windows version.
