Exporting a local music playlist as M3U or PLS does not retain custom order?

Hey all! I love CyberLink, I was curious if anyone had any tips for this. I've created a playlist of local files on the app and now I want to export it as an M3U playlist for future reference or if I need to re-import the playlist. However, when I export it, it doesn't seem to retain the custom playlist order that I have? An image is attached showing the issue. Does anyone have any tips, or is this a bug with the player?

You're right. It seems to be displayed based on date added when opened in other apps. Is that what you see?
