I'm having trouble installing Photodirector on my Chromebook laptop. I tried downloading it from the Google Play Store, but it keeps failing to install. The error message says "Unable to download Photodirector, please try again later." I also tried downloading it from the Cyberlink website, but the file won't run. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a solution to this problem?

You best bet would be to contact CL tech support here. Hopefully they'll be able to help you get it installed.
