In Fix/Enhance, why are there not Hold Keyframe options?

I've downloaded the trial version of PD365. I currently have PD14 and tired of the setting two keyframes to keep changes without transitions.

I see that PIP has Hold option on keyframes but there's no Fix/Enhance option.

Some of my videos, due to lighting issues, have bright sections and dark sections.

Am I missing something in PD365 that will give me the Hold Keyframe option with Fix/Enhance?

I don't think you're missing anything, that is the way it is.

Additionally, some items in Fix/Enhance will vary linearly between keyframe changes, like White Balance, while others are hold type between keyframes, like Lighting Adjustment degree.

Thanks Jeff and that's a function I wish Fix/Enhance had like PIP.

In my clips, I have several sections where I want to make Fix/Enhance changes.

For example, I have a cip and I need to change two sections. I have a begin and end keyframe. I set a begin and end keyframe further down the clip's timelines.

The linearity starts from the first end keyframe to the start of the second begin keyframe.

How do I stop this from happening? This is why I wish there was a Hold option for a keyframe.

Use the inconvenient two keyframe approach as you stated.

You can put in a suggestion at File > Rate Us & Provide Suggestions and wait and see if they ever incorporate.

Thank you Jeff and I'll make that suggestion. I have PD14 and would have readily bought a new PD21 Ultimate for that function alone. I rarely do PIP.

I don't know if this would make a difference for you, but I find that right clicking one frame before I want to change an existing setting and selecting Duplicate Previous Keyframe is the easiest approach. Especially since that can be done at any time and doesn't have to happen before you set any downstream keyframes.

It's funny that you mention this because it's exactly how I figured how to get it done. I use the two keyframe (duplicate to previous) for all the sections I need and then put another keyframe two frames prior to the start keyframe of every section and Duplicate to Previous on the start keyframe.

I was glad to see your suggestion knowing that you're doing the same!!

I did take Jeff's suggestion on File> Rate Us and Suggestions that they put the Hold option on Fix/Enhance keyframes.

Jeff, I also sent them a suggestion that if a keyframe has an attribute like Duplicate to Next or Previous and I move that keyframe, the action retains that attribute. Currently, if you move a keyframe, the Duplicate attribute is automatically removed.

I suggested the keyframe retains the attribute and a simply right click option to remove it becomes an option.
