Create Custom Video Collage Layouts from Scratch

Is there anyone in the community that can create a series of custom video collage layouts to my specifications from scratch? None of the default layouts suit my needs.

I would like to position the content placeholders in specific locations and with specific aspect ratios within a 1920 x 1080 px canvas. Doing this manually with a combination of the zoom/crop/pan tool and the PIP designers is a really manually intensitve process. I am looking to custom build about 12 layouts with various configurations of number of placeholders and position of placeholders.

I am using PD 365 version 20.4

Yes I have. None of the collages there are what i am looking for. Is it even possible to create custom collages from scratch?
