Why would my imported video and graphics picture on my timeline only show up when i hit the space bar, otherwise it just shows the name

I'm not clear on what's happening on your system. Can you make a screen recording and upload it to YouTube and paste a link here, or use the Attachments button below the forum's text box to share it here directly?
