HAD ISSUES MAKING YOUTUBE SHORTS, BLURRY AFTER PRODUCING A 9.6 ASTEC RATIO VIDEO. THIS IS THE FIX.

SELECT THE VIDEO IN THE TIMELINE AND HIGHLIGHT IT.

NEXT, GO TO TOOLS AND CROP/ZOOM/PAN

FROM THERE ADJUST THE IMAGE TO 9.6

THEN IT WILL WORK WITHOUT A BLURRY IMAGE WHEN YOU PRODUCE A VIDEO.

WHAT DOES NOT WORK IF YOU DO THIS ANOTHER WAY

IF YOU 1ST GO TO CHANGE THE ASPECT RATIO AND THEN MANUALLY ADJUST THE IMAGE SIZE TO 9.6 WITHIN THAT WINDOW IT WILL END UP BLURRY AFTER PRODUCING.
