Why are they still selling it, if it is "NOT COMPATIBLE" with windows 11 64bit systems????

You'll have to ask them to get confirmation, but I suspect because close to 75% of PC users still use Windows 10.

The system requirements for Power2Go 13 do not list Windows 11 as supported yet:

It is not difficult to understand why cyberlink does not release a new version of power2go to support new platforms as there are much fewer users using physical discs to store media nowadays.

There is new powerdirector version supports authoring video discs in Windows 11 if you really need one from them.
If you only need to produce file discs or mount disk images, Windows 11 supports the file disc burning and ISO disk image mounting features via the Windows file browser directly. You don't have to install any other tools additionally.

And, last but not the least, you still have many other freeware options out there.
