I have a video clip. Suddnly it jumps between two frames as you can see in the enclosed video clip. any suggestion to keep the position of the first frame? for the rest of the video?.

What's the frame rate of the clip and what's the project's frame rate set to? You might see a mismatch like that if the clip has a high or variable frame rate (like 60 fps) and your project's frame rate is set to 24, 25 or 30 because PD will have to skip a frame or two in the clip to match the single (longer) project frame
