Hi!

How can i fade in an effect on a clip?

For example, i apply the effect "Aura 1" on a clip and i want to fade in just the effect, not the clip. Hope you understand me.

One could use keyframes on the Effect and for initial keyframe, set value of Glow Size, Polygon Size, and Offset to 0 and then ramp to your desired setting at your next defined keyframe. Unfortunately having 0's for the 3 values does not start from absolutely no effect, but simply a reduced effect. Splitting the clip to have an unaffected lead in might aid as well.
