Hi!

I am encountering an error message when trying to export my video that reads, "Some media files cannot be found because they were moved, renamed or removed, or we don't have permission to open your media library". Then provides an option to "Export Anyway" and when I do, the video does not download.

I have granted PowerDirector all app permissions to all photos and everything. Not sure why this error is occurring. Any help would be great!

Do all the clips appear on the project timeline? You might need to remove then re-add any that had their permissions changed since you started working on the project.

You may also want to track down the specific library for each one as the app apparently doesn't have full permission for at least one of those locations.
