3D Playback No Longer Supported in New Versions (seems it transitioned to 'older school technology)

ok, so it's considered 'dead,'

questions?
1.power dvd19 & previous operate 3D, yes?
2. if aquired (for ex: 'PDVD19) nib, does that program to operate, require 'some kind of fee's paid to 'cyberlink.' to operate? (i have no knoweledge of cyberlink products, requirements etc)
3. do 'prior versions 'PDVD'(considered outdated) accepted by 'cyberlink,' to authenicate?
4. if so, what are the fee costs?
3. did the 3D versions, (PDVD 19 and earlier)(not interested in conversion, or burning) (provided the other requirements ie: monitor, vid card processor etc. were met) play 'genuine 'bluray 3D's.' discs?

appreciate any response.

Hi,

3D playback was removed because most hardware manufacturers were removing it from their newer graphics cards. See the faq they wrote for information

It is also possible that they (hardware manufacturers) removed support in drivers for older GPUs, meaning that the older hardware no longer supports either.

You can try and find Powerdvd 19 ultra somewhere, but there is not guarantee 3D will work flawlessly. Honestly, if I were you...I'd consider just buying an external Blu-ray player that supports 3D playback. Less hassle.
