has anybody ever gotten anybody else other than
Gaurav or vCGaurav
reply to their techinical suport requests?

Does anybody know if we can choose to have a different support person?

Well their support definetly is not USA based. Even if it is USA based the person I keep getting for technical support and customer support is always the same and I am 99% certain English is NOT their primary language.

Even when I asked to speak to someone higher up it did not happen. I admit i have not called the phone support and do NOT wish to pay extra money just to get phone support. It might have been a little easier to get a supervisor on the phone support, but so far i wouldn't gaurentee that either.

Just like quality control the support systems are no longer what they used to be. Its all about rushing a product to release and if you loose a few customers so be it, at least we got a few bucks doing it.

I'm NOT Technical Support nor am I CyberLink but I can pass on your concerns to CyberLink Customer Support, to specific individuals.
If you can please:
1. Send me in a PM your full name and contact details.
2. Provide in the PM information such as the online reference numbers online support issue.
3. Summarise in a concise and logical manner the issue you wish to raise with CyberLink.
4. I will pass on all the details to CyberLink and ask them to investigate and to respond directly to you.

I am a moderator on the forum and my specialist area is PowerDirector.

I can converse easily in the English language if that helps you

Yup I already abused you once to get higher up in the tech support chain, but never did hear anything back from that. Nobody higher up at cyberlink ever got back to me as of yet. Trying to be patient and doing the same old stuff as before with the standard techinical support.

We did that like on 06/19/2010 so i am trying to be patient and answering their questions on the TS id that is still open. I thought i might give it till 07/19/2010 and then see if you had heard anything if hadn't by then. My life is also a bit busy and distracting me from getting this fixed.
