Hi,
with PowerDirector 8, subtitles are really possible and work like a charm.
No more problems (unlike under PD7).

The only problem I seem to have though is that it doesn't work with italics.

I added subtitles to a movie and put some italics for spoken comments when
interviewing persons.
They all appear in normal style.

I tried with standard fonts like Arial, and also some AdobeType 1 fonts, no matter
what, it seem not to work at all.

Anyone succeeding italic (or any other format besides plain) subtiltes?
