Hi,

after only 2 days of trial on version 5, we opted to buy PD6..
Now I've been running the install for over 4 hours (not exagerating).
Is this normal??

Hi, it's too long to install. There must be something wrong. You can check the FAQ at http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/support/answerbox_productfaq.jsp?FID=4520&nProdId=6&ProdVerId=190&nCateId=4 to completely uninstall PD and re-install.
