Contact Technical support, Power DVD 6 has a 30 digit key. Give Tech support as much information as possible, where you obtained your copy, the reg key given to you etc:

You may have an OEM version

Hi folk

I have just installed Power DVD 6 and then went and registered it and I have just gone to activate it but have come across six boxes to place my sixteen digit key that has no breaks

Now i'm not sure if it's me but i'm abit lost

Help me plz,

I have the same problem. I've searched the forum and this question has been asked many times but never answered. It seems to be an ongoing problem (including the German version) without a solution.

How have others dealt with this?

If you purchase CL DVD Suite/Solution, you don't need to activate each product. The CD-Key of DVD Suite/Solution will help you to activate each products. I am not sure if guys use DVD/Suite/Solution or not.

I received PowerDVD free on the installation CD for a TV tuner card. You could safely assume that I have legally obtained the software and have registered online. The CD key listed on the website for my product does not fit into the CD key pop up whenever I try to use the software.
This seems to happen to others and there doesn't appear to be an answer to this mystery on the forum - German or English.

I wouldn't recommend this software considering the difficulty that I, and other users, have experienced.
