Ok so let me explain more in depth about what my current situation is.

1. Inside powerdvd 9 ultra (actual application) when playing blu-ray/ dvds , previous and next chapter buttons on my remote work fine.

2. Switching to Cinema mode, (which is a windows media center plugin without all the other menus) from Powerdvd 9 ultra still allows me to use the chapter buttons just fine.

3. Inside Windows media center (actual application) all my buttons work in terms of navigation except Previous and Next chapter buttons.

Now i purchased this Rosewill RRC-127 remote to control the full windows media center application using Powerdvd 9 Ultra. Why is it those two important buttons do not function at all?

I need a fix for this please Cyberlink!

Dear Matthew,

do you mean MCE or do you mean PowerDVD 9 MCE plug-in?

I am using Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

Using the actual windows media center, which gives you the option to use powerdvd 9 ultra, enables me to use all the buttons on my remote except previous and next chapter.

Well my problem has been fixed. Took a little tinkering with the options to get it working.

In options menu under blu-ray disc, uncheck enable bd-j keyboard support and problem fixed. Now all the buttons on my remote are fully functional.
