Does PowerDVD Ultra V10 support the DVD ISO format? I was told it did and purchased the software and am unable to get it to play by DVD ISO files.

ISOs are not supported. You will need a BLU-Ray or DVD emulation package that mounts the ISOs. I use Damon tools, but they charge for the product. I think SlyFox has a free one?
