I am trying to play .MOV file 4k but it is showing black screen only. is it not supported?

Hello,

PowerDVD supports MOV (H.264/alpha PNG) playback. What is the codec of your MOV file? You can also try downloading and installing QuickTime Lite and see if that helps add the codec you need.
