Me and a friend recently worked on a video with the free version of PowerDirector, then when we finished we purchased the 365 version to delete the watermark. We then we're asked to DL the new version, which deleted the old one but did nothing else. We then had an hard time downloading it again and when we succeed, every clip was missing from our work. Only things left were unedited ones like pictures etc (the original videos still were in the "audio and video files" section) but when we try to read the video it bugs every time and says that the clip is nowhere to be found
