Hello,

Going nuts trying to find the tool to do the very first edit I need to make, trimming segments of a video clip. There is no Trim tool visible, though there is a Split tool, which does not do what I need. Where do I find the Trim tool?

There's no tool because to trim, you simply tap the clip to select it then drag the start or end of the clip towards the middle, like this:

Use the Split tool if you need to create multiple segments from a single clip
