i got a new computer and installed it but i have no idea how to "activate it" every time it redirects me to this site but there is no activation button.

Hello,

You didn't mention which version you had installed previously. If it was PhotoDirector Ultra, you'll need to contact CyberLink Customer Service to get a new download link for that version, as the Essential version cannot be activated.
