We are running Power Director 365 on a Dell G15 gaming laptop (Intel Core i7-1200H processor, with 16GB memory and a 512 GB SSD, NVIDA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB graphics, running Windows 11 Home) and are experiencing problems with the audio playback. The video and audio were recorded together using a web camera. The audio played back normally for several editing sessions, but later developed a problem. The video and audio ran correctly for a short period of time. Then, one or two seconds after a clip had been added to the timeline, the audio started repeating itself, as if the same track had been superimposed on top of the original track, and offset a second ot two. This occurred a couple of times, at different places on the timeline. This anomoly continued thru production, and was present in the finished project. To further compound the problem, when we opened the audio window, the audio played back without a problem, and we see no evidence of the audio track being corrupted. We also noticed that if you move the scrubber bar back to a point just before the audio problem occurred, the audio track plays without a problem. But if you start the video from the beginning, the problem returns at the same location., Any suggestions greatly appreciated!! ,
