When I try to load a video downloaded into PD from My Cloud, I get an error message that something is missing.I cannot locate the necessary codec. This works with Movavi. After Movavi, I open in PD and complete my edits. Do any of you know what codec I need? Thanks.

Hi,

Not sure I quite understand?

Are you downloading your file from WD My Cloud to your PC/laptop and then importing to PDR? If so it would be useful to know what the file characteristics are - use something like MediaInfo Online and post the analysis for members to check.
https://mediaarea.net/MediaInfoOnline

More detail on the error message text would be useful, otherwise it leaves members guessing!

Cheers

I am not sure that the 10 bit video will import properly in PD21. A 5 to 10 second sample video file attached on your next reply will allow users to test it on their pc.
